I apologize again for being so tardy with posts. I’m having genuine problems walking any distance, feeding myself enough, doctoring my feet, camping, and staying motivated.

Damascus, VA, mile 470.2

Damascus, VA is a large mile stone in the Appalachian Trail trek. I got here yesterday Thursday, April 16.

Hampton, Tennessee, mile 418.5

I have taken 3 zero days off the trail at Kinora Hostel to rest my feet, and go to Taylorsville, NC to visit my old Catawba College roommate Dr. Gary Schaffer DVM and his wife Lisa.
